Since all products are delivered electronically, standard return procedures are not applicable. However, to maintain a fair and customer-focused experience, we provide refunds, replacements, or store credits in specific situations.
Eligibility for Refund: A complete refund may be granted under the following circumstances:
If the purchased license key is not delivered within 24 hours of placing the order.
If the provided key does not work or is invalid, and our support team is unable to fix the issue.
If the product received significantly differs from the item originally purchased.
Time Limit for Reporting Issues: Customers must report any problem within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Requests made after this period may not qualify for any resolution.
Resolution Assurance Period: We provide a 7-day assurance period starting from the purchase date. If a genuine issue is reported within this timeframe, the customer may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

If the issue arises due to customer error, such as purchasing an incorrect version or using an unsupported system.
If the customer decides to cancel after receiving the product.
